Data Deletion Instructions
Vellila Ayurvedic Hair Oil uses Facebook Login to provide a seamless sign-in experience. We respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data.
In accordance with Facebook Platform Rules, we have provided instructions on how you can request the complete deletion of your user data from our systems.
How to Request Data Deletion
If you no longer wish to use Vellila Ayurvedic and want all of your associated data to be permanently erased from our Appwrite database, please submit a deletion request via email:
Step 1: Email Us
Send an email to our support team from the email address associated with your Facebook account.

- Subject: Facebook Data Deletion Request
Step 2: Processing
Once we receive your email, we will manually verify your request and permanently delete your account, order history, saved addresses, and all associated Facebook data within 3-5 business days.
Step 3: Confirmation
You will receive a final confirmation email once your data has been successfully scrubbed from our active databases.
