Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Returns

Due to the personal nature of our products (hygiene and safety), we do not accept returns on opened or used products once delivered.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide clear images/video of the damaged package. Upon verification, we will initiate a free replacement or a full refund.

3. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before the product is dispatched, whichever is earlier. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
